In recent years, China's industry has developed rapidly, and the refractory material industry has begun to continuously innovate to meet the needs of industrial development. Refractory materials are gradually shifting from relying on natural raw materials to developing, designing, and applying a variety of industrial raw materials.

Considering the increasing demand for the strength and high-temperature performance of refractory products during application, refractory products, especially refractory bricks, are developing towards densification, long dimensions, and large-scale. Correspondingly, high-pressure forming and high-temperature firing technologies are also constantly developing.
And ceramic aggregate concrete, as a new type of building material, has been widely used in various buildings. Ceramic aggregate concrete integrates insulation, seismic resistance, frost resistance, fire resistance, and other properties, especially its fire resistance is more than four times that of ordinary concrete. For the same fire resistance period, the thickness of the ceramic aggregate concrete board is 20% thinner than that of ordinary concrete.
In addition, fly ash ceramic particles can also be used to prepare refractory concrete with a fire resistance below 1200 ℃. At a high temperature of 650 ℃, ceramic aggregate concrete can maintain 85% of its strength at room temperature. Ordinary concrete can only maintain 35% to 75% of its strength at room temperature.
Therefore, with the development of smelting technology and other industries, the shape of refractory products is becoming increasingly complex, and the performance requirements are also becoming more refined. The proportion, performance, production process design, and even construction technology of refractory materials in various countries are becoming increasingly mature.
