Henan Zhengnai New Materials Co., Ltd. is a professional frac sand proppant manufacturer in Henan Province, with the factory based at No. 90 Weisan
Road, Wen County Industrial Cluster Area, Jiaozuo City, covering an area of more than 65,000 square meters, and a sales service company set up in Zhengzhou City. Its registered capital is RMB50 million and it has more than 200 employees. In 2012, the company independently developed the frac sand proppant products: 16/20 mesh, 16/30 mesh, 20/40 mesh, 30/50 mesh, 40/60 mesh, 40/70 mesh, 70/140 mesh, etc., with annual output of 120,000 tons.
Henan Zhengnai adheres to the strategy of "invigorating enterprises by science and technology", and establishes the ceramic proppant industry-academic-research base with Zhengzhou University and Henan University of Technology, as well as the R&D achievements specialized undertaking cooperation unit with the Institute of New Ceramics, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University. The perfect laboratory facilities and cooperation with universities have laid a solid foundation for the company's continuous innovation and R&D. Zhengnai ceramic proppant products fully meet the standards of Proppant Evaluation Laboratory of Langfang Acid Fracturing Center of the Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration
and Development, Stim-Lab of the United States and Frac-tech Laboratory of the United Kingdom. The product performance has reached the international leading level and passed the API Q1 certification, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GB/T 2801 system certification. We implement comprehensive quality management to form a scientific, rigorous and efficient quality assurance system. The company is the first-tier material supplier of PetroChina and Sinopec.
Since its establishment, Henan Zhengnai New Materials Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the business philosophy of "led by science and technology, and based on market and honesty".
